Food quality

The cornerstone of satisfied guests is the quality of the food. Irrespective of quality management and defined processes, the quality of the food is first and foremost a sensory experience. When developing recipes, we attach great importance to the careful selection of seasonal foods, many of which you will find illustrated on the following pages. Our aim is to perfect recipes, source regional products such as meat from producer groups and fish from local waters, reinterpret them and present them creatively. We completely avoid artificial flavors and flavor enhancers.

In addition to the latest DIN ISO 9001-certified quality management system, we have been subject to the voluntary and extended control of the Pieldner Food Institute for many years in the particularly sensitive area of “Food Quality & Hygiene”. The service provider inspects all production facilities and all processed food. We regularly complete the audits with top marks.
